Her career spans private practice, in-house legal tech, and consulting, with a focus on contract negotiation, AI integration, and privacy compliance. Charein previously served as a Legal Solutions Architect at LexCheck, where she worked with law firms and corporate legal teams to implement AI-powered contract review systems and improve operational efficiency.
Through Innovation Attorney & Consulting, she provides both legal services and consulting from an attorney’s perspective, helping businesses adopt legal technology responsibly while protecting what matters most. She brings a practical and collaborative mindset to every engagement—whether drafting a SaaS agreement, supporting a privacy audit, or advising on AI and automation strategies.
She earned her J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where she was a Law Fellow and served as a judicial intern to a federal judge in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
